Statues or sculptures are usually made to honour significant people for their work and offer to society...this was until i saw this sculpture with a girl begging in the train station in Albertslund in Denmark...this statue must remind us of all the ones who live in the streets, do not have a home, for the runaways, the chased, the persecuted, torn people around the world...such a strong and emotional message...
